1.Definitions

1. "Platform" means the 178bet website at https://178bet.bio, its mobile-optimised interface, and any software or applications made available by 178bet.
2. "Account" means the personal account created by a User upon successful registration.
3. "Balance" means the aggregate of real-money funds and bonus funds held in a User's Account, displayed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise stated.
4. "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bet credits, or cashback amounts credited to an Account subject to specific wagering or withdrawal conditions.
5. "KYC" means Know Your Customer identity verification procedures required by 178bet before processing withdrawal requests.
6. "Bet" or "Wager" means any stake placed on a sportsbook market or casino game outcome through the Platform.

2.Eligibility & Registration

1. The 178bet Platform is available exclusively to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. By registering, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.
2. Registration is permitted only where it is not prohibited by the laws applicable to your jurisdiction. It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of the Platform is lawful in your location.
3. Each person may register one (1) Account only. Registering or operating multiple accounts is a material breach of these Terms.
4. You must provide accurate, current and complete information during registration. Any material misrepresentation entitles 178bet to close the Account and void all associated bets and bonuses.
5. 178bet reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason.
6. Corporate entities, syndicates, and persons acting on behalf of third parties are not permitted to register unless expressly authorised in writing by 178bet.

3.Account Security

1. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password.
2. You must not share your Account credentials with any third party, permit any third party to access your Account, or transfer your Account to any person.
3. You must notify 178bet immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to your Account by contacting support at the email address provided on the Platform.
4. 178bet will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised use of your Account where you have failed to comply with your obligations under this clause.
5. 178bet strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account. This additional security layer is provided at no charge.

4.Deposits & Withdrawals

1. Deposits may be made using the payment methods displayed on the Platform at the time of transaction, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, and USDT. Available methods are subject to change without notice.
2. All deposits are denominated in MYR unless the User selects USDT. Currency conversion rates applied to USDT deposits are determined by 178bet at the time of transaction.
3. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to available limits on that method.
4. Before processing any withdrawal, 178bet requires completion of KYC verification. Documents required may include a government-issued photo ID and proof of payment method ownership.
5. Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes published on the Platform. e-Wallet withdrawals are typically completed within 60 minutes; bank transfers within one (1) business day. These timeframes are indicative and not guaranteed.
6. 178bet does not charge processing fees on withdrawals. Users remain responsible for any charges levied by their own payment provider.
7. 178bet reserves the right to delay or decline any withdrawal where fraud is suspected or where KYC documentation is incomplete or unsatisfactory.

5.Bonuses & Promotions

1. All bonuses and promotions offered by 178bet are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements published alongside each offer. In the event of any conflict between the general Terms and specific promotion terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
2. Bonus Funds are credited to a separate Bonus Balance and are not withdrawable until applicable wagering requirements are met in full.
3. 178bet reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.
4. Systematic exploitation of bonuses — including but not limited to matched betting using free bets, arbitrage strategies to satisfy wagering requirements, or the use of multiple accounts — is strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus amounts.
5. Bonuses may only be claimed once per household, IP address, device, payment method, or postal address unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.

6.Betting Rules

1. All bets placed on the 178bet sportsbook are subject to our Sportsbook Rules, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference and available on the Platform.
2. Bets accepted by the Platform are binding. Once confirmed, a bet may not be cancelled or amended by the User except where a cash-out option is available and exercised before the relevant event concludes.
3. 178bet reserves the right to void any bet where: (a) a manifest pricing error has occurred; (b) the relevant event is cancelled or significantly altered; (c) the bet was placed using information obtained through insider knowledge or fraudulent means; or (d) the market was suspended at the time the bet was placed.
4. Maximum bet and payout limits apply to all sportsbook markets and are displayed on the Platform. 178bet reserves the right to limit or refuse bets from any individual without providing a reason.
5. In-play bets are accepted subject to available liquidity and Platform connectivity. 178bet is not responsible for bets rejected due to connection issues beyond its reasonable control.

7.Casino & Game Rules

1. All casino games, live dealer games and slots available through the 178bet Casino and Slots sections are governed by the rules of the respective game supplier. Game rules are accessible within the game interface.
2. 178bet acts as agent for the game supplier in offering these games. In the event of a technical failure during a game session, the outcome recorded in the game supplier's server logs is authoritative.
3. Minimum and maximum bet limits per game table or spin are displayed within each game. These limits may be adjusted by 178bet at any time.
4. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for slot games are provided by the respective game supplier and are displayed in the game information panel.

8.Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 178bet Platform:

• Using software, bots, scripts, or automated tools to place bets, mine data, or interfere with the Platform;
• Colluding with other players in live casino games or multiplayer formats;
• Using the Platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity;
• Charging back, reversing, or disputing any deposit made to your 178bet Account without prior notification to 178bet support;
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform or any connected game system;
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or offensive communication toward 178bet staff or other players.

Breach of this clause may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and referral to relevant authorities where criminal conduct is suspected.

9.Intellectual Property

1. All content on the 178bet Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, software code, and game assets — is the property of 178bet or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
2. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.
3. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without express written consent from 178bet.

10.Limitation of Liability

1. The 178bet Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
2. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 178bet's aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30-day period preceding the claim.
3. 178bet is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, however arising.
4. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

11.Suspension & Termination

1. 178bet may suspend or terminate your Account at any time, with or without notice, for breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, non-compliance with KYC requirements, or any other reason 178bet deems appropriate in its sole discretion.
2. You may close your Account at any time by contacting 178bet support. Upon closure, any remaining Real-Money Balance (excluding forfeited Bonus Funds) will be refunded to you via your registered payment method, subject to KYC completion.
3. Upon termination, your licence to use the Platform ceases immediately. Clauses that by their nature survive termination (including Sections 8, 9, 10, and 14) shall remain in full force.

12.Responsible Gaming

1. 178bet is committed to the promotion of responsible gaming. We provide tools including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, and self-exclusion, all accessible from Account Settings after login.
2. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours. During a self-exclusion period, you will be unable to log in to your Account or make deposits.

4. 178bet will not market to players who have self-excluded or who have indicated they wish to take a break from gambling.

13.Amendments

1. 178bet reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via email or a prominent notice on the Platform not less than seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except where immediate amendment is required by law or regulatory authority.
2. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease use of the Platform and close your Account.

14.Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming authority regulations and the general principles of commercial law recognised in the jurisdiction of the Platform's operating licence. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved by good-faith negotiation shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a recognised international arbitration institution.
